A celebration of Matt's Life will be held on Monday 28th of September at Whitsunday Funeral's Chapel,  Mackay,  209 Shakespeare Street, Mackay. Commencing at 2pm.

No flowers, by request; donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
